THE RESTAURANT
01
location
Maya Altitude Restaurant is located on the slopes of the best ski area in the world: The 3 Valleys. Situated at 2300 metres of altitude at the top of the Tougnète chairlift, it has a vast terrace offering a 360-degree view of the Belleville Valley and Mont Blanc.
02
Decoration
The cosy and colourful Himalayan and Tibetan-inspired decor was entrusted to Hong Kong architect Sylvestre Murigneux, who has worked on many of the Collection's projects, including the Refuge de la Traye. With a capacity of up to 300 diners, Maya Altitude's dining room is distinguished by the presence of an imposing Charcoal Grill, a butcher's block and a maturing cellar for meats.
03
MENU
The high-end brasserie-style menu was created by Christophe Dupuy, the Executive Chef of Maya Collection, in collaboration with Stephane Deprez.
With a focus on Savoyard specialities, you can choose the cooking method for your dish between the charcoal grill or the Tandoor oven, two exceptional cooking techniques, unheard of on snowy slopes and at this altitude.

maturation cellar
A maturing cellar is a refrigerated cabinet for storing and maturing products, especially beef. This equipment improves the taste of the product. It is the same process as aging in a wine cellar or for maturing cheese.
